Information you provide through our inquiry form: first and last name, country of residence, email address, treatment of interest, planned visit date, and the contents of your message.

Information you provide through messaging channels: if you contact us via LINE, WhatsApp, or Instagram, we receive the account name and the contents of the messages you send.

Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring website, and date and time of access, collected through cookies and analytics tools.

We do not collect personal information from you by any means other than those described above, and we never require you to submit medical records or identification documents through this website.

You may submit an inquiry without describing your medical condition; a general question is sufficient for us to respond.

5. How Long We Keep It

​

Inquiry data is retained for 1 year from the date of submission and is then destroyed without delay. Where you have given optional consent to receive marketing communications, your name and email address are retained for that purpose until you withdraw your consent. Where a separate retention period is required by law — for example, medical records under the Medical Service Act once you become a patient of the Clinic — that statutory period applies. Electronic files are deleted irrecoverably and printed materials are shredded or incinerated.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not provide it to third parties, except where you have given prior consent, where required by law, or where disclosure is necessary in an emergency to protect a person's life or safety.

Our website and inquiry form are operated on the Wix platform, and our email is operated on Naver. As a result, some of the information you submit is stored on servers located outside the Republic of Korea.
